Description

For the treatment of constipation.

Dosage and Directions

May be taken mixed with fruit juice, water or milk. Adults: The usual initial dose is 15-45 mL daily. After three days the dose may be reduced to 15-30 mL daily for maintenance. Children and inflants: (only under medical supervision): The usual doses are; • 7-14 years: INITIALLY (3 DAYS) 15mL/MAINTENANCE 10-15mL; • 1-6 years: INITIALLY (3 DAYS) 5-10mL/MAINTENANCE 5-10mL; • Infants under 1 year: INITIALLY (3 DAYS) 5mL/MAINTENANCE 5mL.

Ingredients

Lactulose 667mg/mL
Contains sulfites, lactose, galactose and sugars.

Warnings

Only give to infants under medical supervision. Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable. If symptoms persist seek medical advice.
