
Provides temporary relief of pain and discomfort associated with: Headaches, Teething, Earache , Muscle sprains, cold and flu symptoms. Reduces fever in babies and children from 6 months.It may also be used to reduce fever after childhood vaccinations.
Ibuprofen 100mg/5mL
Contains Hydroxybenzoates, Sodium Benzoate and Saccharin Sodium. This product contains Maltitol up to 16.5g in the maximum daily dose of 60mL. Products containing Maltitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. Does not contain: Alcohol, colour, wheat, gluten & sugar.
Not to be used in infants under 6 months. Seek medical advice before giving this medication to infants aged 6-12 months. Do not give to children if they: • have a stomach ulcer or other stomach disorders, impaired kidney function or heart failure • have diarrhoea or vomiting • are allergic to aspirin, ibuprofen, anti-inflammatory medicines or other medicines used for pain relief • are allergic to hydroxybenzoate preservatives or sodium benzoate Unless advised by a doctor do not use: • With other medicines containing ibuprofen, aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medicines • If your child has asthma • If your child is taking other medicines regularly or other medicines for pain relief • For more than a few days at a time While using this medicine: • Use only as directed • Do not exceed the recommended dose. Excessive use can be harmful and increase the risk of heart attack, stroke or liver damage • If your child gets an allergic reaction, stop taking and see your doctor immediately • If symptoms persist for more than 3 days or fever worsens, consult your doctor • Do not use more than four times in 24 hours • Do not use if trying to become pregnant. Adults considering taking this product should note that it should not be used in the first 6 months of pregnancy, except on doctor’s advice and should not be used at all during the last 3 months of pregnancy.
